Unless your product has a defect or is incorrect, the product cannot be returned due to laws regarding health & sanitation. Please email us & we will find a way to accommodate you. Please be advised that if the product has been tampered with or opened your claim may be unsuccessful. If your claim is approved, there will be a charge for shipping the item back us.
